Piles is an application that makes accessing recently modified files much simpler. By pinning Piles to the taskbar, new and recently modified files in a folder that you can choose (such as Downloads or My Documents) will appear on a jump list, making the files really easy to reach.Piles also has shell integration, meaning by using right click one can easily make a “pile” out of it and pin it to the taskbar.
